If you want something cheap, there is a snack bar located in the back of the casino. I don't even think I can remember them all. They seem to change the pool hours all the time, so just call the front desk to inquire. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, as well as a fitness center. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but there is one on each floor in the vending/ice machine area. The mini-fridges do not work very well, even with them cranked all the way to the max. All of the rooms have big flat-screen TVs, plenty of space to put clothes, and a mini-fridge. The newer tower doesn't seem to have these issues. For me, those minor issues are what prevents me from rating it as excellent. Not as many electrical outlets & the ones that are there can be difficult to access. It's never got to the point of being uncomfortable, but I've never been able to get the room as cool as I'd like. Both have great rooms, but I've noticed some issues with the older tower: - A/C doesn't work as well. There is the older tower and the newer tower. There are actually two separate parts to the hotel. It's not too far from Joplin, and there is a gas station/convenience store very near by at the exit off I-44. Decor-wise, the hotel and the rooms are gorgeous. The employees are friendly and the rooms are comfy and always very clean. I've stayed at this hotel more times than I can count.
